OREALO

OREALO beta is now officially launched and available for public use. There are still a few bugs that need to be worked out and the overall look & feel is under redesign, but all the data is online and the searching capabilities are fully functional.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with OREALO, it's an online commercial real estate brokerage platform that a few of my associates and I are testing out in an effort to advance the CRE brokerage industry. We are utilizing technology to give clients more control over the property search process. By doing this, we are able to operate an unique business model that creates value for the client while reducing their costs. Also, we are breaking barriers of entry for the new generation of CRE brokers and providing opportunities that were traditionally only available for a lucky few. Hopefully it all works out.
