Damn airport security wouldn't let me take the drinks I just bought a minute ago onto the plane.
Who said airplane food sux?
I got to Singapore around 1:30am and was feeling pretty burnt out. My bus to Kuala Lumpur leaves at 7:30am so that left me with about 6hrs to kill. I dropped off some luggage at my hotel and then headed to Mustafa Centre, the only 24hr shopping center in Singapore. I got bored of it after 30min and proceeded to the Harbourfront Centre, where my bus station is. The bus station was closed so I spent the next few hours sleeping on a chair outside a cafe in the humid weather I despise. The sunrise made me feel like a crackhead. By now, my ipod was out of batteries, my body was aching from all the traveling, and I haven't showered in the longest time. It was pretty miserable.
Green tea Kit Kat. I needed a break...
When I got to KL, I was expecting to take a nice long shower and settle in before going out again. However, my aunt and cousin picked me up and started the city tour right away. We ate lunch at the KLCC food court and then went sightseeing. We finally went back to their place in the evening, where I took the longest shower and knocked out on the couch for a few hours.
My uncle came by later and we all went to dinner at this roadside restaurant where they served Bak Kut Teh. After dinner, my uncle showed me around town and insisted that he show me what "ladyboys" looked like... haha.
